Meet NSPMOEA's new Education MN Field Representative
William J. "Bill" Haring
Education Minnesota Field Staff

Bill Haring is a field representative with the 80,000 member Education Minnesota organization, a position he has held for seventeen years. Bill currently represents five K-12 locals, representing approximately 2,000 education employees in the northeast suburbs of St. Paul: the teachers of Chisago Lakes, Forest Lake, North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale, and Stillwater (St. Croix) and the St. Croix Paraprofessionals. His areas of expertise include collective bargaining, member rights, organizing, and political action. During his tenure on the staff of Education Minnesota, he has served members in a wide variety of locals, including bargaining for 6 educational support professional units, and recently, he served the Minnesota State College Faculty.
